skies of arcadia before any of those pls

Well if you like that overrated game then you're used to waiting on overdrawn boring combat so you won't mind waiting a few more decades on a port.

All very unoriginal bland games that brought absolutely nothing new or interesting to gaming.

Yeah, SOA's combat was slllloowwwwwwww. Like, unacceptably so. If ever there was an RPG that needed a "Skip Battle Animations" option (or, hell, turbo mode), it'd be SOA. Not to mention the encounter rate is ludicrous; they toned it down for the 'Cube version, but not enough.
Please change your vector and move to a different coordinate because this quadrant is off limits.

Yeah I remember being hyped for SoA because GC RPG (never had a DC, friend did though), the combat was definitely slow. Especially airship battles lol, always waiting for them to move into position.

I still 100% it.

Yeah, I'm still disappointed we never got the PS3 version of Vesperia. I'd love a PC port.

Because of this, (along with new content) they would need re-dub a lot of the game again. They may not even be able to get the cast together again.

They'd have to do what they did for Symphonia. Nintendo paid for and owns the rights to the translation and dub of the GameCube version of ToSymphonia. When they released the PS2 version on PS3 and Steam in the US they had to make an all-new translation and redub it which is why some of the voices, including Lloyd, are changed, because they couldn't get the old actor back.

Vesperia is pretty much in the same boat, just with Microsoft owning the rights instead of Nintendo.
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there

Getting them off of a single console would not hurt. Lost Oddssey looked neated and after seeing The Last Story scratch the Super Nintendo JRPG itch as well as it did I would not mind playing a game that was better received.

If Nintendo owns the dub and translation, then why do subsequent international versions of the game have the same script, same dub, and got the original voice actors to re-record missing combat lines? Namco only changed VAs in the sequel because they went cheap; Heather Hogan and Cam Clarke were still there, and Shiloh Strong, Scott Menville- https://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/942210-tales-of-symphonia-dawn-of-the-new-world/53085644- and I vaguely recall Kari Wahlgren all responded to fan letters saying Namco never contacted them. If Nintendo had any contractual involvement in the international Cube version, it has certainly expired.
