These "security holes" are nowhere near as big of an issue as they are made out to be, and shouldn't have been there to begin with. If they would design an OS correctly security would never be an issue and updates would never be needed.
So why don't you use your incredible prescience and design an impenetrable OS that is immune to all possible security breaches? Apparently it's incredibly simple to build a 100% secure OS.
Or the people who know how to do these things can do it. Figure it out and quit making excuses.
I think it's funny that I have never updated Windows 10 since the initial updates after installing and I have never had a security issue. All it takes is not going to untrustworthy websites and not clicking every e-mail you get.
