Apparently it's incredibly simple to build a 100% secure OS.

I have always heard that to make your computer completely 100% secure, you encase it in concrete and then throw it into an active volcano.

Actually all you need to do is be smart and not look at sites with viruses on.

These "security holes" are nowhere near as big of an issue as they are made out to be, and shouldn't have been there to begin with. If they would design an OS correctly security would never be an issue and updates would never be needed.

So why don't you use your incredible prescience and design an impenetrable OS that is immune to all possible security breaches? Apparently it's incredibly simple to build a 100% secure OS.

Or the people who know how to do these things can do it. Figure it out and quit making excuses.

I think it's funny that I have never updated Windows 10 since the initial updates after installing and I have never had a security issue. All it takes is not going to untrustworthy websites and not clicking every e-mail you get.

GameFAQs viruses come from ads, hence Adblock Plus.

My work PC updated this morning and has been useless for half the day. Not sure what the hell changed in this last update to slow down the machine so much.

Using Adblock Plus is being smart. There is no website that never gets problem ads. Even the sites for local and national news programs get them. That one add-on does more for security than Windows Update ever did, and it doesn't mess with my computer.

Don't use Adblock Plus anymore.

Ublock Origin is way better.

May not be a "real" HM, but it does look fun.
