whilst easy to clean or keep clean?

I used to have fun cramming as much as I can in as small a space as possible but this time round I'm going to keep things as air cooled as possible whilst still being somewhat quiet if that's possible?

Basically any case that allows for the largest fans you can put in there. The larger the fan is, the lower the RPM required to move a similar amount of air, cutting down on noise output
