pretty much this, unless you need an m.2 drive because you're using a really small formfactor case with no drive bays, the average person wouldn't notice the difference between an m.2 drive and a sata unless you are editing huge files from the drives on a regular basis, which makes you not average. . .
True but if the prices are close to each other why not get the PCIe one? At 250GB range they are even priced the same.

It does fix stuttering issues on Adobe Premiere PRO CC. At first I thought my 6950x isn't fast enough. But my cousin told me to change to the NVMe drives. It really work.
