Recommended

Monitor: 4K HDR
CPU: Intel i7 3.4ghz or Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: GeForce 1080Ti
HDD: 170GB

The PC version will feature all sorts of Nvidia tech such as Hairworks, Ansel, ShadowWorks, Flow, and others. It will also run in both native 4K and 8K with HDR10.

Nvidia GameWorks:

Nvidia Flow – creates vivid, combustible fluid, fire and smoke.
Nvidia HairWorks – creates dynamic, life-like hair and fur for characters, animals and monsters that inhabit the game.
Nvidia ShadowWorks – enables characters to cast shadows on themselves.
Nvidia Turf Effects – creates life-like grass and vegetation in the game environment.
Nvidia VXAO – adds depth and realism based on the physics principles shadows and light.
GeForce Experience capture and share tools:

Nvidia Ansel: In-game photography tool that allows gamers to compose shots from any position, adjust with post-process filters, capture HDR images in high fidelity formats, and share screenshots in 360 via a smartphone, PC or VR headset.
Nvidia ShadowPlay: Highlights automatically captures the player’s greatest gaming achievements in video and screenshot, enabling seamless sharing through social channels.

According to game director Hajime Tabata, Final Fantasy 15 will for sure contain mod support, but at present, discussions on the modding policy haven’t concluded. More information should be made available this fall.

Probably the reason why it's 170gb, UHD textures.

Hope we can opt out of it.

I don't play at UHD and never will with anything inside of this computer, losing nearly 200gb of HD space to one single game and I won't even make use of most of that space is inane.

Bethesda atleast put the super-textures into an optional download.

Only on minimum settings, if what they've been talking about since before the actual games release is any indication.

They seem to want to make the PC version be a tech demo for the kind of computers that will be common in the 2020s
