The Darksiders games are in the New THQ Classics bundle on Steam, which is on sale right now for $17.99(deal ends in less than 7 hours though).

Bayonetta is fantastic, but hard as balls. Prepare to die alot in that game and get wood trophies in each level when you beat it. Still, it's soo good. When you get to that level of play that the game wants from you, you feel like a bad ass.
There's also Nier:automata and Metal gear Revengence. Basically, you can't go wrong with platinum hack n slash games.
Now, say my name.

The original Darksiders was more 'hack and slashy' for lack of a better term. Dark sider II leans more heavily on the action RPG side of things.

Bayonetta 1 & 2 are both great straight up hack and slash (shoot, really) games in the vein of DmC.

There are also the various Musou clones on Steam as well as a couple Monster Hunter clones which both provide different sorts of 3rd person action combat. (though, once again, not 'pure' hack and slash style)
