Hi guys.
Just returned to GTA after at least a few years and I'm completely out of touch.
I'm a casual player so is there anything passive to invest in?

I currently own the high-rise apartment and have got the office for the warehouse missions ect.

Any tips or anything I should prioritise/ work towards? Think I have about 800k cash aswell
Hurrr Durrr, I just post for fun

The best purely passive moneymaker is the Nightclub, but it requires a lot of investment to get set up properly; the next two options to consider would be the Kosatka submarine, found on Warstock, or an Arcade, found on Maze Bank Foreclosures. Both of those businesses require viewing an introductory cutscene before they become available to purchase.

The Arcade is used as a front to set up and run the Diamond Casino Heist which is run with one partner, and can be set up as a passive moneymaker too, bringing in $5000 every 48 minutes when set up properly. The Kosatka is used to run the Cayo Perico Heist, a raid on a Colombian drug-lord's island that can be run either completely solo, or with additional partners.

Both are fairly expensive, however; the ideal Arcade locations start at 1.8 million, and the Kosatka is 2.2 million. If you haven't yet purchased a small cargo warehouse, you might want to consider starting with purchasing one of those and stocking/ selling from it if you wish to play mostly solo. If you're not opposed to getting help/ quick money, you can also post on Reddit/Heist Teams and see if someone will host a few jobs for you to get you some easy start-up money: https://www.reddit.com/r/HeistTeams/.

Good luck in your future moneymaking ventures. 👍

Gonna have to disagree there. He doesn't need it. If he's playing solo and his priority right now is money, then any time spent not doing the Cayo Perico Heist is basically a waste of time. As for coming up with the money to pay for the submarine (and ideally, the Sparrow as well), if he's been away a few years then he probably hasn't done most or any of the collectibles or the revolver/hatchet challenges and there's a good chunk of change to be made there all told.

I'm afraid I don't have any links handy relating to what I've just mentioned above, but to the TC: look up GTASeries Videos on YouTube and look for vids relating to things like collecting movie props, action figures, playing cards, the stone hatchet and double-action revolver challenges and so forth.
Don't look at my sig.

Yes, you are correct; my mind blanked out on recalling those tasks, first, as top priorities for new/ returning players. Rockstar really do spoil newbies with freebie money nowadays; as far as the link for those online collectibles, I'll cover that here & now:

Since you're on ps4, go to the psn store and collect the free monthly $1 million they've been giving out until they release whatever on ps5.

Yeah already done that tanks mate.
I've got 2.5m now so I guess I'll buy the submarine? Unless there's anything else I should prioritise?
