First, a confession: I researched most of these numbers quite some time ago for my own personal reference, and because I'm self-absorbed, it didn't occur to me until a recent discussion concerning hangar fees that maybe other players might like to have this info handy as well. So, here we are.

I isolated and identified each fee using an alt through a fairly lengthy process of purchasing a property, and then purchasing only a single upgrade/renovation every 48 minutes to track how much my daily fees had increased by. In the case of the nightclub, this was particularly tedious as you may gather when you see the complete breakdown.

Anyway, if you've ever been curious as to precisely what it is you've been paying for in daily fees, or if you're in the market for a new property and you're curious as to what daily fees that property will inflict upon you, then perhaps you'll find this useful.

The daily fees for the properties listed exclude mechanic fees (where applicable). The reason being is that I've listed all mechanic fees in a section unto itself towards the end of this.

The information presented is current up to and including The Diamond Casino Heist DLC released in December, 2019.

Mechanic Fees

Each item listed below represents a garage and therefore each represents a $50 daily mechanic fee.

Items marked with an * indicate that these garages (and $50 fees) are not optional and will come with the purchase of the associated property.

A dual charge exists in the case of the Casino Penthouse garage. Refer to the Casino Penthouse section for details.

Dynasty 8 Apartment/Stilt Apartment (regardless of size)*
Dynasty 8 Garage (regardless of size)
Motorcycle Clubhouse*
Office Garage 1
Office Garage 2
Office Garage 3
Facility*
Nightclub Service Entrance*
Nightclub Garage B2
Nightclub Garage B3
Nightclub Garage B4
Arena Workshop*
Arena Workshop B1
Arena Workshop B2
Casino Penthouse Garage
Arcade Garage

Vehicle Warehouse* (Special case, this one. It's not listed when viewing your selection of garages as it's not a personal garage no personal vehicle can be stored here, however a $50 mechanic fee applies to this property. This, however, is the only daily fee associated with owning a Vehicle Warehouse)

Hangar* (again, does not come up on your garage list as it's a hangar, obviously, but a $50 mechanic fee nonetheless applies to this property regardless of whether or not you've purchased the aircraft workshop).

There is no mechanic fee for using a Terrorbyte to garage the Oppressor MKII.

There is no mechanic fee for having a Mobile Operations Center with the Personal Vehicle Storage interior selected.

Miscellaneous

There's a "weekly cleaning fee" of $50 attached to executive offices that appears to be broken or bugged from what I can tell. I've seen it on both of my characters who own offices, but in both cases only once (after the first in-game week of owning the office) and never again.

I did notice that before the cleaning fee was incurred, my office did gradually become messy, but not the kind of mess associated with owning cargo warehouses. There were no money piles or contraband goods lying around. Rather, it was more like the Casino Penthouse mess with empty bottles, glasses, and dirty ashtrays piling up. It was all cleaned up once I was charged with the fee and it hasn't happened since. Since I can't imagine why R* would implement a "weekly cleaning" fee that occurs just once and never again, I assume this mechanic is broken.

That's it.

Good list.......Good to know where my 10k+ is going daily..lol...j/k I hardly ever pay the fees since I log out and reboot GTA a lot of times before expenditures get tallied.
Maybe in another life, I could find you there. Pulled away before your time, I can't deal, it's so unfair, and it feels, and it feels like heaven is so far away

My daily fees are around $10,000. If I’m a CEO they are about $19,000. This is before getting the Arcade. I always quit as a CEO if I’m not doing CEO stuff.

Is there a fee for the weapons workshop mechanic? I’ve got at least 3 of those guys standing around.
I'm not even winded.

Nope. No charge for them.

Aaaand.... apologies, but the Dynasty 8 apartment section as it appears is incomplete. The $75 fee applies to apartments of the high-end variety. Medium apartments are $50 while low-end are $25.

Well, why not...

Deciphering the Maze Bank transaction log after fees are charged

The Maze Bank transaction log isn't particularly illuminating when it comes to daily fees. It gives no indication of what the amounts listed were actually spent on, and there's some other peculiarities as well. If you want to try to decipher your transaction log after fees come out, this hopefully may help.

This is what my fees look like on my alt's transaction log (from top to bottom as they appear) after allowing fees to incur while not registered as anything (i.e. CEO, VIP, MC).

  1. Spent on property and utilities $500
  2. Purchase $1300
  3. Spent on property and utilities $800
  4. Spent on property and utilities $1200
  5. Spent on property and utilities $300
  6. Spent on property and utilities $75
  7. Spent on property and utilities $900
  8. Spent on property and utilities $700
  9. Spent on property and utilities $1000
  10. Spent on property and utilities $1100
The bottom figure (10) is the first fee incurred and the top figure (1) is the last fee incurred. Here are the corresponding expenses.

1) Arcade
2) Casino Penthouse (listed as "Purchase" which is plainly a mistake)
3 & 4) Nightclub. Don't ask me why it's split into two transactions.
5) Assistant
6) Apartments
7) Office and special cargo warehouses (combined)
8) Hangar including planes
9) Facility
10) Mechanic

Obviously, your own statements will display different figures depending on which properties you own, but the order should be the same. MC businesses and bunker fees will, of course, be listed among these should you be registered at the time your fees hit, but those are easy enough to identify.
