Don't get me wrong... Hotwire is very fun in itself, but feels more like GTA than it does Battlefield.

For "the traditional" Battlefield experience, I find myself going back to Conquest / TDM but Hotwire just yields so much more cash in so little time, that it's hard to play other modes when low on cash. Hence, i'm on an endless cycle:

a. Grind Hotwire for fast money.
b. Spend money for new unlocks until they get boring/old. Then, back to Hotwire to grind.

Am I missing something here?

Yeah, you are missing the fact that Hacker modes provides money way faster.

I have mostly played Hacker mode to get all the assignments for it done to grab those gold melee weapon unlocks before it gets nerfed. With that out of the way I can now focus on the actual game.

But yeah, I average around 15k each round of Hacker on 64p CQ with 1500 tickets. MVP a lot of the time too.
