Lmfao the Mets honored 2 players in Memorandium for the '69 team today in their ceremony that were not actually dead (Jim Gosger and Jesse Hudson... to be fair Gosger only played 10 games for the '69 Mets and Hudson played 1 MLB game period)

Yeah , I know. They definitely did not. But any Met fan could've told you they were gonna lose that game when they took the lead by just 1 run.

the mets literally have 3 all stars (deservingly) and yet the 3rd worst record in the NL

good for Alonso McNeil and deGrom

It's kind of like the random domination they had over the Rays while Machado was still around. They won 3 of 4 in late July and outscored them 40-16.
