Coaching Changes

I say this every year, but I have found no evidence that suggests that your coaching staff has any impact on your team in a pure sim like this. Any changes in the coaching strategy as a result of a new coaching staff can be negated through user intervention. That being said, I like to reveal coaching changes since I believe most of us are curious about them.

You STILL push that propaganda? Coaches make or break teams. Single biggest off-season decision. Stop misleading the player-base
"Rinoa...Even if you end up as the world's enemy. I'll...I'll be your knight."
Always good to see former players entering the league as coaches.

Former players are the only new entrants into the pool of candidates. If this game didn't have a 30 season limit, you would see that former players would eventually make up 100% of the coaching staffs.
