I guess I do as well to some extent - freelance tax work earned me some cash Feb-April, but it's not as immediately beneficial as your car skills unless I go all-in on starting my own practice.

It's true that "the best way to get a job is to have a job" is sound advice, but sometimes, the misery of a person's current job completely overpowers that logic. My gf left her job a couple weeks ago without anything "in the big" even though she has an opportunity she's close to landing. I'm glad she did, because the stress of that job was practically killing her, and the idea of staying there until she DID land something else depressed her even more. It happens to a lot of people.

Kinda. I think you can turn that misery into joy of squeezing the clowns of their cash until you ditch. Especially in a basic office job like muffin.

I fix smashed cars that I buy for cheap then sell for pretty solid profit margins.
