Hey ya'll! It's a pain looking for all this information on a number of websites, so I've compiled it all. All information was taken from the game, memory, IGN, and gamerguides. I must request, please wait for posting until everything is there.

In each world you'll come across specific points where you can obtain different ingredients. Some ingredients can be bought once obtained, but not all of them. INGREDIENT MINIGAMES
Some ingredients, as previously mentioned, are hidden away behind minigames.

Honey
Available only in The Hundred-Acre Wood, for playing the third minigame. The strategy to this minigame is to be quick, and not think TOO much about what you're doing. Line up the flowers to make them disappear, bringing the honey pots down for you. Your line will bounce off of walls and pots, which is useful. Use the bonus whenever you want to. This minigame should be a breeze as long as you are quick!

Sour Cherry
Flan! Found in Olympus, up the stairs from the Overlook savepoint. A lot of people have trouble with this minigame because they're trying too hard. It's best to actually just follow the arrows and only make minor adjustments to the path at times. Once you reach the end of the path at the bottom of Thebes, there are a lot of flans to hit but in different locations. Be really careful of arrows here, they can potentially send you the wrong way. Trial and error will teach you the best locations for picking up flans, or you can watch a video and emulate their pathing.

10k: 1 Sour Cherry
20k+: 3 Sour Cherries

Strawberry
Flan! It's found in Toy Box, in the store's first floor off to the side with the vending machines. Collect flans as you run into them, but watch out for obstacles! Dash around, and once you get too tall you're limited by ceilings. Because of the ceilings bit, try to do the outer first and then go inner. Get as tall as possible while avoiding obstacles. There's no real specific strategy needed for this one, so if you're failing just keep trying and limit the hits you take and wasting time.

8k: 1 Strawberry
17k: 3 Strawberries

Blood Orange
Flan! This one is found in Kingdom of Corona, past the cave exit of the Tower area. Arguably the hardest flan, but easy if you're using a guide! Remember to clear out your photos before attempting this one. Once you begin, you have only 7 shots; don't waste them. Selfies don't count! The flans will pose, and only at the correct time during their pose will you get full points. Some flans are worth much more than others. Don't hit the flans, they'll disappear and grant you no points. There is a FAQ for this minigame on our website here, but from memory there are a couple specific flans you should be looking for for the most points. There is a teeny tiny one hiding in a bush by the cave entrance which will pop out. One by the vines will come out of the ground. One out back has animals it poses with. One jumps out of a tree and turns into a meal. One is in the pond. If you get all of those, it shouldn't matter what the last one is but I like to get the ones far away with butterflies. IMO it's fastest to just aim for 10k and do it over and over, rather than go for 3.

10k: 2 Blood Oranges
23k: 3 Blood Oranges

Banana
Flan! The Banana Flan can be found in Monstropolis. Fast travel to The Factory - Basement. From there, turn right and go through the white door. This will bring you to the Door Vault. Head into the next room with the wall of doors, and enter the brown door all the way on the left. Once you're in, turn around to find the Banana Flan down a short hallway. Don't get hit is the name of this game! It's best to be overly cautious and safely go for the little flans when the big one isn't near. Never combo! Thunder is a good option. You may also try to go into a form and use its finisher; a helpful one is Hero's Origin, as the finisher sticks around.

10k: 1 Banana
20k: 3 Bananas

Grape
Flan! Found in Arendale; save point at Elsa's castle. Jump down towards the field with the flan, you'll see it! It's a bit hard to get back up to, you gotta go the long way AFAIK. You can block the attacks and then attack them after you've rode the rail to them... or you can just use shotlocks, forms, and finishers! Thunaza also works. Hero's Origin is great again, but Ultima is the best.

17k: 1 Grape
20k: 3 Grapes

Melon
Flan! Found at night in San Fransokyo, atop a skyscraper near the South District save. You can just airstep somewhere high if you're having trouble finding it. This one is simple enough, but once you bounce a certain number of times you'll enter the fast fall animation which makes it trickier to control. The sparkling flans shoot you off to a specific other location, and its best to just learn two of these locations and bounce between them. Each flan will send you somewhere specific, so watch for the one you need to send you in the correct direction. You should also switch ASAP, as you get the most points per bounce by switching. If you're good at controlling the fast fall though, anything should work. If not and you enter fast fall, try to line it up before you fall and make a last minute adjustment if needed.

10k: 1 Melon (unverified)
15k: 3 Melons

Watermelon
Flan! The Caribbean, at the Port Royal fortress plaza. This minigame is all about how fast you can race from one cannon to the other. If you're a bit behind and overwhelmed, use the bell. Some flans also go horizontally, and you'll need to time your shots to get them. In my experience, it's best to fire multiple shots at one cannon, enough to get all the flans in that line, and then go to the next cannon which requires your attention and repeat. The bell recharges, so don't be afraid to use it.

17k: 1 Watermelon
29k: 3 Watermelons

COOKING MINIGAMES
Each of the above meals requires you to play a minigame in order to cook them. Cooking consumes the ingredients needed, up to 10x the ingredients for 10x the reward. Cooking will result in either a failure (no reward), a good (reward), or an excellent (+ variant reward). The parameters for getting a good and excellent are made easier if you have Gourmand's Rings equipped, or the Grand Chef keyblade. One ring is given to you as a present for using the Bistro, one can be found at random once in the mail card slot of Twilight Town. The keyblade is acquired once you have gotten an excellent on every single meal.

Flambé
If you have good reaction, you can just go crazy on that left analog stick and slam down on the right one when you see the flare. If not, take it slow and watch for the streaks. You may want to take it once circle at a time, but keep in mind the time limit.

Egg
A minigame of much frustration for those who lack patience and/or control. All you have to do is slowly move the analog sticks outward, and press L1+R1 at the flare. The tricky part is, if you do it too quickly the egg will break. If you do one analog more than the other, the egg will break before you reach the flare. When you push L1+R1, be careful not to tense your whole hand up or else you'll unintentionally move the analogs with your thumbs and break the egg. Try it a couple times until you get it. Some might say git gud. Some prefer to hold the controller upside down, some prefer to hold the analog sticks from the outer edge, some the inner, some even like to place the controller on the ground for this. Find what works for you.

Pepper
Alternating the left and right analog sticks, you'll have to time when you push down on them. If you're too slow though, you won't get any points. The closer the ring gets to the center, the better the result will be. It's better to be more cautious with the timing than riskier, as consistent goods with an excellent here and there will net you the +.

Chopping
Likely the easiest minigame, all you have to do is mash down on that left analog stick, and mash right to grab a new thing to chop when you're done. I personally hold the controller with my left hand, and use my right hand's index finger to push on the analog sticks. Find the quickest way for you!

FULL COURSE
In the pause menu you will find the option Cuisine, where you can eat the meals you've prepared or bought. Each meal will grant you an amount of stats, + meals granting better stats, but if you eat 5 meals altogether you will get a Full Course Bonus ability. These have a number of effects, listed below. The effect you get from a given full course is actually random, and not tied to the specific combination of meals except when accessed through your favorites with the Triangle button. With the Square button you access Chef's Choice, which will randomly put together a full course with your available meals and give you a random bonus; helpful for finding the bonus you want and adding it to your favorites, since it can be canceled! These bonuses and stats only last for so long though; look in the pause menu's top right to see how long the effects have left.

The bolded and the coded headlines seem fine and noticeable to me. The only other thing I might've done would be to add line breaks or something to separate categories.

Sticky material.

It is a shame that this wasn't around before on my previous runs, but will surely check again in future ones for ingredients. Despite being KH3, locations and the like weren't as easy to find online as you would think.
