I enjoyed the game but i don't really feel like playing the game again .. too many boring fetch quests killed the whole experience for me.

Because it's mandatory to do everything each time you play?

To pad out the experience, and make the game as long as possible. Just so they could say that the game offers over a hundred hours of gameplay.

Bioware took a lot of inspiration from Witcher and Skyrim.

It works for most of the beginning but becomes tedious as the story progresses esp places like Exalted Plains which doesn't serve much purpose.

My advice is to take a short break and come back refreshed.

Because since they decided to go open world (which they really didn't need to do) they needed something to pad out the places.

You can acquire powers without doing fetch quest, and finish the game.

They just feel less involved or charming than skyrims quests. Also idk said the witcher but it's quest are far from being fetch quests.

That being said once you learn that the fetch quests are pointless you can skip through them. I laugh when I hear ppl saying "30-35 hours in and I just got to skyhold!" That's cute.
