Running around the whole base just looking for soldiers to salute you?
Why do people get into relationships again?
Being in a relationship = no freedom

Go through the list of all the recruits, and dismiss those who are violent, and causes friction within your unit.

I heard you could just use the phantom cig and it'll raise up the staff morale.

A tip popped up on a loading screen for me. It said to put an even number of staff with the Troublemaker trait on the same platforms. They'll focus on each other and reduce visits to the infirmary.

I've noticed a dramatic decrease in infirmary notifications. I think that boosts morale.
