There are topics that are blatantly off-topic or that you know are going to be full of spoilers with no warning on the topic title, and it would be great if we actually didn't have to click on the topic itself to mark them. especially when we don't want to have our topic pages full of little blue marks next to these topics that we don't want to click on again...

I don't see something like this happening due to the fact that it'll just open the door for people to report any topic they see posted by someone they don't like with the reasoning "They're a known troll" or "This person always posts spoilers" without actually knowing what the topic is about.

In the case of TLOU2, the easiest thing to do right now is to just avoid that board for a while if you're worried about seeing potential spoilers.
Nonsense! That is what you speak. Nonsense... from beyond!

I mean, mods will still look at the topics though to see if they are troll or spoiler topics. This way at least the user doesn't have to.

and I'm more referencing the PS4 board.

With spoilers, simply marking a post with "spoilers" as the reason may not be enough for us to delete the post. It's best to provide additional notes explaining why the post is a spoiler. You can't always do that by just assuming the topic title is a spoiler without reading the whole post. Moderators are users too, and won't be up to date with every single form of media released. Notes providing what significant plot element is spoiled will always ensure the correct action is made, as well as ensure people are actually reporting spoilers, and not gameplay elements or silly stuff like Item names that still to this day get marked as spoilers. While this suggestion may seem to make sense on the surface, it's actually something that would just lead to more frivolous moderation reports which will do more harm than good in the long run.
