is Competitive a good ability for Milotic and Meowstic?

Well, it's Defiant's special-oriented brother. I think it's a tad better in Milotic, who has good defenses and not so bad Sp. Atk. |
On female Meowstic, it's probably the best ability available. (Although Infiltrator can be handy if you're having trouble dealing with Substitute.) On Milotic, it depends. Marvel Scale can really come in handy, allowing you to "safely" take Will-O-Whisps for teammates, or use a very bulky rest-talk strategy. If you prefer offense for Milotic, Competitive might be better, but both are fairly situational, as there's not a lot of stat down moves being used in most metagames. Intimidate is very common in Doubles, and Sticky Web is common enough in singles to warrant it.
