I have an Xbox One and my brother has an Xbox 360. A few years ago, my brother signed in and out my Xbox One, and now i can play some of his Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One using my account. I didnt even know about the Home console option at the time and i dont think this would matter anyway because he has an Xbox 360. Now he has an Xbox One and we would like to find out if i can sign in and out of his Xbox One to give him access to my Xbox 360 games without using the Home option? Any help?

You can't. Your XB1 is his home console so you have access to his games, if you want him to have access to yours you have to make his XB1 your home console. If he sets his XB1 to be his home console you'll lose access to his games too.
