nope it's completely a different story/universe the peter parker isnt the the same one as the one in homecoming:

Based on what we’ve seen so far, it would appear that the upcoming Spider-Man game has nothing whatsoever to do with the upcoming movie, Spider-man: Homecoming. In the film Spidey is played by Tom Holland. Holland has already appeared alongside Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man and Chris Evans’ Captain America in Civil War. Spider-Man in the PlayStation 4 game looks to be entirely on his own, with no other Marvel characters to be seen (yet).
