I voted yes. My reasons are lack of commitment to that audience.

Sure during 360 they went above am beyond but eventually gave up. This time around they didn't really even try.
I play a lil bit of everything on a lil bit of everything.
Not changing this until we get a Viewtiful Joe 3 or HD collection of VJ 1&2 (started 8/14/12)

The problem is mediocrity, lack of games that interest the market, poor advertising, misjudgement of what the market wants and not understanding of how the Japanese market functions.
