So I'm having a weird issue since I've gotten a new modem/router from Spectrum. I have 2 PS4's hooked up in different rooms. Once the modem I reset, whichever PS4 is powered on first get NAT type 2, and the one that's turned on second gets type 3. It stays this way until the modem is reset again.

Is there any way to fix this, or do I need to just get a new modem/router?

Yeah, I should be able to

Disable UPnP and see if it works.
If it doesn't, assign static IPs to your ps4s within your network. Give it another go after this.
If even that doesn't work, you're gonna have to mess with ports and distribute them among the two consoles.

I needed a new router so I got a combined modem/router from my IP. I had the same problem. Only one would get Nat Type 2. The other got Nat Type 3. I worked quite a while with my IP without success. I bought a new modem and a new router. Everything works great and I’m not paying rent to my IP. Win, win.
I'm not even winded.
