  3. Do you expect PS5 to completely outclass ps4 graphically?

Objectively, yes. Noticeably, no.
PS3 to PS4 was already barely noticeable.

Not that i care about graphics anyway. 80% of my PS4 games are technically last gen games.
Favorite PS4 games: REmake, Evil Within, Trails of Cold Steel, Persona 5
Favorite Genres: TP Survival Horror w/ Combat, JRPG, Musou, 3D Beat'em up, Fighting, VN

I imagine the bigger increases will be load times and other various things, and graphics upgrade will continue to get smaller and smaller with each console upgrade.

I don't expect much better graphics anymore. The improvement will be less visible than the gap PS3-PS4, which was pretty minimal already.
