is it possible to buy a game from the US psn when I'm in the UK?

I want GT Sport, but the price here is £35 ($46+) and the US price is $20. (which is equal to £15)
Currently playing:-

I think you can play the games on the UK account too.

However, you'd need a US PSN card as it won't accept cards from other countries. Also, buying a $20 card would be useless as tax is not included in the price. Varies state to state.

Make a US account based on California. There hasn't been any video game taxes implemented in the California portion of the PSN store.
