10 hours is pretty acceptable for games nowadays

Certain types of games don't need to be long to be enjoyable.
They just need to be fun.

Short and sweet is just as effective as long and sweet.

Replay value exists for a reason.

Only 10 hours....my god are gamers spoiled nowadays. They'd prolly break down and cry during the NES era when they realized games like Contra could be beaten in 20 minutes.

I beat it in just under 14 hours on Hard mode.

However the Very Hard more I started is WAY more challenging. I haven't even touched the other challenges like time attach and such yet.

Also collecting the relics and crystals to unlock all Knacks abilities is time consuming as well.

So yes you can put the game on easy and beat it in 10 hours but if you challenge yourself the game offers so much more.

Given the reported repetitiveness, it might actually feel too long.

Well, I don't play those much either. Knack looks like something that's good to play in short bursts, a bit like an old 16-bit brawler (with about as many or less moves)

So why does CoD get so much s*** for its fun, medium length campaigns then?
