Respective examples of Fultoning a vehicle...
"CP, this is Dmitri 9. My vehicle's missing. Did someone take it by mistake?"
"Dmitri 9, this is CP. No missing vehicle's been reported. Someone must've needed it. Continue on foot."
"Are you kidding me?"

...or equipment...

...or Miller with tranquilizers while he's giving that first briefing on Mother Base. Even better if you tranq him while he's in the middle of saying it won't work on him...and he immediately starts slurring his speech.

I was just outside a large camp with a number of soldiers inside. I turned off a power generator outside and CP radios for the closest one to check, so a guy comes running all the way out. Right before he radios back to CP, I CQC and fulton him away. Then I turn on the power and back off again. Exact same dialogue from CP, another soldier comes running out. I found it so funny I repeated it around 15 times until I got bored and decided to take them out the regular way.

Stupid CP...

Lol I've donde that.

One time while doing that it got even better because the soldier that was coming over to check things out got ran over by a guy on a truck. The guy in the truck ran him over and as soon as the other guy was dead he said "What the...?" then he got off the truck and yelled "Man down ! !" then he radioed CP and said "CP we have a possible intruder,he got one of us" to which CP simply responded "Understood, stay on alert"
Lol that bastard ran him over and pinned his death on me >_>

That's weird. I also had an instance where an enemy ran over one of his own men with a truck, but in my game he didn't radio CP about a possible intruder. Instead he just ran out of the truck and went over to his friend's body, looked down at him for a while and said "Damn." And he then got back in his truck and drove off.
I think that if a person is obsessed with graphics and performance they should be investing in a PC rather than consoles.

@OnlyTheSnake (post #2): I think I've actually depleted the base in Mission 12 ("Hellbound") by turning off the power at that little station in the back:
1. Turn it off so some guy gets sent to turn it back on, and park myself by the tree opposite the gate.
2. When the guy comes out, wait him to give the all-clear, then tranq>Fulton him.
3. Turn it back off.

@Rapham0n (post #5): The Russians have me rollin'.
- Two guys on the road nearly got run over by a guy in a jeep -- the two literally dove for cover!
- Block the jeep in Mission 10 ("Angel with Broken Wings"), and the soldiers won't know what to do. They basically radio that they're stuck...and that's it. Total cakewalk to sneak up to the BTR and Fulton it.

----------
[*] In Mission 01, parking your horse underneath the helicopter at the LZ. When they say they can't land because of an obstruction (=your horse), grab Miller off D-Horse as he's moving -- you'll see Snake do a vacuum grab.
Incidentally, waking up a KO'd soldier and holding R1 can result in vac-grabs, but they don't top that first example.

[*] I kinda panicked in Mission 07 ("Red Brass") when I found the,Shago commander heading my way, maybe 750m from my position at the fork in the road and closing fast. I called down a jeep, using both it and Butt Stallion to cross-block the road. The soldiers pull up, shoo the horse away ("Go away already!")......and then the driver tries to barrel right through my jeep. The result is pretty close to this: http://i.ytimg.com/vi/j4swQ3wBFRI/hqdefault.jpg
Gets even funnier because he didn't let off the gas!

[*] Making my way to the Powerplant in the middle of the night for the Side Op that turns into Mission 12, coming out, and trading D-Horse for D-Dog. Was kinda happy to see D-Dog picking up enemies, which meant I didn't have to have SIRI constantly telling me "enemy presence detected". And then my screen fills with fuzzy red triangles...

----------
[*] The command telling your horse to take a dump has been...explained: https://youtu.be/8u7YMhNwwhg?t=31

[*] My friend getting Reflex'd by some guy that popped up outta nowhere, and him feeding the guy eating a tranq -- quite literally.

It is funny that enemy vehicle killed their friends on foot. Once I saw, a riot suit soldier searching for something in a ruin during mission 38 went to the road and a jeep ram him. Enemies one by one was checking on him but I tranquilize them as they check his corpse.

In mission 10, at the supply base. The base got alert since they found someone sleeping thanks to Fox Engine where enemy would report to CP. I was on the hill behind the base waiting for my target. The jeep that carried the target ran over one of the guard protecting the entrance of the base. The driver ran to check got hit by an APC that escort him. Another guard went to check on them but the APC was adjusting it park killed the guy. After that I just tranquilize and fulton everyone in the way before escaping in a chopper.

Funny thing is everyone is shouting it is like my fault the intruder instead of them.
Cardboard boxes are amazing. You could use it to sneak around. Drop on someone to stun them. Heck if you aren't satisfy with ramming, try a tank through co-op.

I had 4.9 million GMP, finished an extreme mission that gave me about 800k GMP and was super excited... until I saw my final tally at exactly 5 million. Would've been nice to know that there was a cap instead of wasting 700k GMP on an unexplained design choice...

I destroyed a power generator with a water pistol and the guy who inspected it suspected it was me. Totally not fair since it was raining too.

I stole a car to use it as a blockade. Someone complained that his vehicle is missing. I literally drove it backwards several meters...

The same car I used as a blockade was destroyed by another enemy driver when he could have either moved the car or drove around it.

Speaking of Mission 10 ("Angel with Broken Wings"), these bastards are getting smart. After Mission 13 ("Pitch Dark"), I'm seeing them deploying a buttload of helmets, body armor, shields, and decoys (in almost that exact order!) in earlier missions. Ends up that I usually have to Skyrim those guys because of all that protection, especially the guys that wear both armor and helmets while carrying the shield for little more than Turtling (=back protection).

Anyway, was a total shock at what happened when I tried to deplete-by-blackout -- I parked myself next to the cells so I'd have a view of the palace's power generator, but the guy goes right past the station, into the adjacent building, looks right out the window -- and spots me not 10ft. away. I thought it was a fluke...until the next 3 guys did the exact same thing! I caught on after the second one and moved, but the next two (when they failed to spot me) then exited the building and made a beeline for my new position.

Weird thing is:
1) I was gonna down them after they restored power, so I'd yet to fire.
2) It was the tranq pistol with a fresh suppressor, so their reaction (at the most) would be to look at the impact site.
