So if you're like me and actually avoided doing the moogle quests earlier, prepare to have your joy shattered. For there is a 20+ long quest chain to do before unlocking moogle beast tribes! :D

Basic Prerequisites (From the Preliminary Patch Notes)
Players must first complete the main scenario quest "Into the Aery" and the quest "Laying the First Brick."

"Into The Aery" is a story quest and most have already done it. "Laying the First Brick" is at the end of a long chain. Said chain is in order below:

Level 54

Main Scenario: Moglin's Judgement
A Pebble For Your Thoughts
Spineless Wadgets
Main Scenario: Heart of Ice
Far From Home
A Nutty Initiation

Level 55

Main Scenario: The Song Begins
Protecting the Pom
Save The Pomguard
An Urgent Message (Unlocks two quests that must be completed)
-A Moogle's Intuition
-An Uneasy Feeling
Trouble At Zenith

Level 56

-Main Scenario: He Who Would Not Be Denied
Into The Mists (Quest is in Ishgard, by Fortemps Manor)
A Warm Welcome
Cleaning House
Finders Keepers
These Things Take TIme
An Unwelcome Surprise
A Meter Too Far
Thar Be Dragons
Laying the First Bricks

I actually liked the moogle quests and did them all. >.>
Then again I'm the type of person that does all the quests in a zone just to have the markers gone.

I wonder if this will be adjusted in the future. Most beast tribes just have a main story and a level requirement to unlock IIRC. Then again, this tribe will probably appeal to a minority as it is since many players don't have a 50 crafter.

If you wanna share this thread in game. I just did last two sets of quests. They weren't bad at all. Like 12 individual enemies and picking up a few items.

Yeah, I did them mostly just because I hate those stupid quest signs cluttering my map.

I actually think these quests were well written and funny, especially Pomguard bits. Hilarious. Good rewards at the time too including some IV materia.

Too bad 99% people will never know it because they've skipped all the text in a mad rush to 60 just to get insanely bored in a week and eventually unsubbing before 3.1.
Sturgeon's Law (90% of everything is crap) applies to Internet. Nothing guarantees that the 10% isn't crap, too.
