The Beastiary table in the FAQ by JDX22 shows that info.

Thank you! That should be it's own focused faq! Maybe I'll do that, after checking for accuracy by play-through, reformatting, and of course giving JDX22 credit.

Okay, so I've been compiling a bit, and the most important discovery is how useless Steal is. :p Blergh.

I've mostly given up. They're generally not worth the effort.

You can save money with steals, but it's probably more economical use of time to just play a more damaging class and kill things that give gil more quickly. I haven't found any "unique" or "above the difficulty curve" steals. It is NOT like FF5 or FF6. More like FF3.
