About to start Mt. Wells in Dimensions.
He's got the whole world in His hands: earth, wind, fire, water, and time.

How long does it usually take to finish Dimensions? I am planning to start a new game this month.

It took me about 60 hours mastering and optimizing my classes, not including post-game. I went pretty overkill so you could lower that by a significant amount.

If you spend a lot of time leveling different jobs and playing in the casino you can easily pass the 60 hour mark. I am only in the middle of Chapter 3, trying to beat Vata, and am already at 62 hours.

I'm surprised at how active this board is.

I've wanted to replay this game for a long time now, but I've never gotten around to it. But I'm already dreading the prologue; I found it to be particularly dull and boring, even though I loved the rest of the game.
I'm a bit late (as always), but SAVE KRILE! Save her from Japanese exclusivity!
Hypnocatrice is awesome.

That's the sole reason every time I start any game I always make a few backup saves at the earliest point, and continue doing that thru the beginning of the game until I find a nice starting point. Then I'll start from that point in any future runs. I have a few games I do that with due to the beginning/prologue being super annoying/boring!

That sounds like a great idea. I'll try that next time I play Dimensions.

Still playing, but having trouble finding the time right now.
Glad others are enjoying this game.

In Burtgang Castle was having trouble with the Ghost Rider, so back to stronger mastered jobs and to town for better weapons and armor. Now going to try again. Already 70 hours because of messing around with too many jobs and still in Chapter 3.
