Shiny Haxorus Catchable. Here's How!

When you have finished the Unova Dex and speak to Professor Juniper, she gives you the license. Show this to the person at the Mistralton Airport and Skyla will take you via plane to somewhere off the map, the Nature Sanctuary

This place has grass containing non-Unovas such as Girafarig, rivers etc. but in the middle of it is a Level 60 Shiny Haxorus

It's guaranteed to be shiny?

When you say finished the Unova dex do you mean catch everything, or do you simply have to see?

Wow what's up with the shinies in this game? Shiny Gible. Shiny Haxorus. The reported Shiny Patrat. An item that makes shinies more likely to appear.
They should have just kept it at 1/8192 chance and Masuda method, IMO.

That explains why Spriter's Resource has an overworld character sprite sheet with a shiny Haxorus in it...

He's also reporting (on his site) that you get the Round Charm for catching everything in the Unova Dex (so this Nature Sanctuary must be for just seeing them then?), and the Shiny Charm when you've completed the National Pokedex. So, yeah, gonna take some work for those charms, huh?
