"If the Mi-go have control over an entire continent, they will likely try to carry out their plans for the planet where they can do so without interference." Endgame said. "We're going to help the Mi-go drive the walruses off the southeastern continent."

"But they only have one base left, right? If we help them the Mi-go will notice." Replied Severa.

"Not if we warp right into their stronghold and destroy them from within. Then the Mi-go will just think they've finally worn them down."

Dola projected a map of the planet.

"Hmm... do we have a map of the stronghold?"

"Nope. Sorry." Said Dola.

"Okay... do you have any maps of similar strongholds as a reference?"

"Hold on."

Another drone projected a map of a walrus stronghold on top of Dola's projection.

"Hmm... okay."

"Just don't warp into the boiler room. Mama mia! That's a spicy meatball!" Said the drone in an unusual dialect.

"Right... (What's with these robots?!)"

"Wait. I think this stronghold is turned around. Maybe we should do another scan just to be safe." Said Dola.

"I'm sure I can avoid the boiler room." Replied Endgame.

Endgame warped with Severa, Owain, and Dola to the walrus stronghold.

...They appeared above walruses and landed on them.

"What the hell?!" Shouted a walrus.

"Don't look the gift seahorse in the mouth now. Free lunch!" Replied another walrus.

"That's the second time I've heard that. Is that really such a common expression with you walruses? Gift seahorse? That doesn't even make sense." Commented Endgame.

"If I may be candid... I never understood the horse version of that expression." Said Owain.

"You can tell a horse's age by the length of its teeth. It's about not distrusting the person giving you a gift. But seahorses... they don't have teeth. The expression doesn't make sense."

"You can tell how old a seahorse is from the size of its snout you dumb monkeys!" Shouted a walrus. "We trade them as currency because it's more fun to trade living things that can feel pain than your stupid metal and paper- wait, why are we even discussing this with you? KILL THEM!"

"Does your cruelty know no bounds?!" Endgame grabbed a walrus by the tusks and used him to knock down the others nearby. He then leapt backwards and cast Valflame on them.

"OMEGA STRIKE!" Owain cleaved a walrus in half.

The lights in the stronghold started to flicker.

Severa stabbed a walrus in the eye with Daelkesh. Instantly killing it. "What's wrong with the lights?"

"Don't worry. It's just me hacking into their computer." Replied Dola.

A group of walruses entered the room. Endgame cast Valflame on them.

"This is interesting. The walruses have captured some Mi-go prisoners and are using this stronghold to experiment with various fungicides to develop a biological weapon to use against the Mi-go."

"Fungicide?" Asked Severa.

"Chemicals designed to kill fungus."

"Fungus? You mean like mushrooms?"

"Yes, the Mi-go are a type of fungus."

"But aren't they some freaky crabs? Whatever."

"Have they had any luck?" Asked Endgame.

"Not exactly. Although one formula has inflicted temporary 'blindness' in the Mi-go. Not that they exactly see like you do. But it does disable their sensory organs." Explained Dola.

"Hmm..."

More walruses entered the room and started firing with their cannons.

Endgame cast Valflame. "How many walruses are stationed here?"

"Hold on. I'm going to cause a power surge that will leave them all sitting ducks."

A large explosion was heard. The lights went off.

Dola flew towards Endgame, shining a light that illuminated the room. "Okay, I think we can leave and let the Mi-go take it from here."

Endgame teleported the group away.

...

"Okay, now what are they up to?"

Endgame carefully approached a gathering of Mi-go. They were digging into the side of a mountain.

"Are they mining?"

Dola hovered over towards the Mi-go then quickly returned. "They're mining adamantium. One of the strongest minerals in the known universe."

"That's what they were on Nazarat's world for. And then he blew up his world so they couldn't have it. So whatever they want with it, it can't be good."

"I know we're supposed to help the Mi-go, but if we had some adamantium, we could build stronger, more durable robots!"

"Really? Well..."

What does Endgame do?

A. Proceed to the next walrus base. Hit the most populated one!
B. An anti-Mi-go weapon sounds like something worth investing into. Go back to the factory and try to improve upon the walrus' work.
C. Wait and see how the Mi-go act now that they control an entire continent. Maybe they'll make a new push into the contested continent.
D. Temporary blindness? Good enough. Use the fungicide and then attack the Mi-go while they're blind and jack their adamantium!

Honestly though, the only reason I'd purposefully lose this just for Endgame X Nylon is if Nylon and Fala survive the bad ending, which they probably don't

Everyone except Endgame and the trio dies. Everyone. Even Mary, somehow.

Buuuuuut this timeline's Fala hasn't been born yet.....

"Release the prisoners that can fight. Like that lizard guy. But don't release prisoners that can't fight. Like Est. Or that guy who looks like you." Fala said.

Some clicking sounds were heard. "Done." Said Kriliax.

"Alright. Everybody in! We're going to kill the walruses while they're distracted!"

"Wait!" Shouted Palla. "Do we know where Est is?"

"In the prison! When we free everyone we free Est."

"Floor 7 Cell 63." Replied Kriliax.

"Right, but we have to help the prisoners we released on the way there or the walruses will kill them."

"Are you sure that's even such a good idea? Just because they are enemies of the Walrus Empire doesn't necessarily make them our friends." Said Catria.

"I am afraid she is right. Many of those who oppose the Walrus King are just as hostile towards humans." Responded Palla. "I know you are familiar with the Mi-go.."

"So? It's not like there are Mi-go prisoners here. Look, we have an opportunity to-"

"There are 7 Mi-go held in this prison." Replied Kriliax.

"Ha ha ha ha... you didn't release them, did you?"

"You told me to release everyone who can fight. They can fight."

"Oh. Well, bad news for those walruses! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha..."

"I'm not going in there." Said one of the Sons of Macedon. "Not after seeing what those monsters did to poor Murph!"

A wyvern roared. Although Endgame tried to teach her, Fala could never learn how to understand wyverns. Nor did she see any need to.

"Oh stop being such a baby!" Shouted Fala. "Murph died because I wasn't there. Now I'm here. You have nothing to fear." Fala flipped her hair.

"What the hell are you talking about?! You were the one who got Murph killed!" Said Marcellus.

"Me?! How did I get him killed?!"

"You tempted fate by shouting 'What could possibly go wrong?' And then Murph got butchered!"

"Okay... okay. I was there. But Murph died because of my father's plan. Now I'm in charge. And your men will be safe." Fala flipped her hair. "Now, everyone get in!"

Kriliax pushed a button and opened the front gates. Fala flew in and saw a riot already in progress.

Walruses were firing their cannons in front of prisoners still in their cells. A strange blue creature climbed on the ceiling overhead and spewed a corrosive liquid on the walrus' cannons. Melting them.

"Damn it! Why didn't anyone see that-"

Suddenly a large lizard lunged forward and impaled the walrus' throat with protruding bone spikes.

"Is that the guy Kriliax showed me?" Pondered Fala.

A walrus stabbed its tusks into the lizard's tail. "Gotcha!" The walrus began to tug...

...The lizard's tail detached. The lizard turned around and stabbed the walrus.

Fala cast Valflame on a group of walruses approaching the lizard from behind.

The lizard turned to Fala and lunged at her. Fala flew out of the way as the lizard swiped at her.

"HEY! I'M ON YOUR SIDE!" Shouted Fala.

"You will not fool me that easily." Replied the lizard.

"Who do you think set you free?! We're here to save the prisoners!"

The lizard ceased attacking. "You? Free me?"

"Uhh, yeah? We're fighting the Walrus Empire and you're all prisoners. So we're setting you free. Gods."

The lizard snarled. "I am no stranger to your kind. I am no stranger to your duplicity."

"There are lots of humans out there. We often kill each other. You can't assume we're all affiliated!"

"Two of your kind came through our capital. One with brown fur wielding fire like yourself. Another with green fur unleashing wind magic. Riding a large beast breathing frost. They dropped a stone giant onto us and came to the aid of the great betrayer Nazarat as we finally cornered him and escorted him off our world!"

"Not anybody I know. (Damn it Dad...)"

"Well know this..." The lizard pointed the bones of his arm at Fala. "We will kill anyone who aids Nazarat."

"Nazarat this, Nazarat that, you keep on saying 'Nazarat' but it doesn't mean anything to me because I have no idea who he is!"

The lizard glared at Fala.

Fala stared back.

"Very well. But as soon as my comrades are free and we've spilled the blood of our walrus captors, we will resume our hunt for Nazarat and his companions. You don't have any problems with us killing those of your kind you claim to have no affiliation with, do you?"

"Not at all. These guys sound like real jerks."

The lizard climbed up the wall and onto the ceiling. He then moved over some walruses and dropped onto them. Impaling them.

"My father has made some real enemies. Not surprised at all. But I can't just let them kill him and prevent my birth, now can I? But of course, what are the chances that they'll find him? We're parting ways after we're done here. Now, where was 'Est' again? Floor 7 Cell 63? Maybe if I get to her first I can find out just who these women REALLY are!"

Fala looked around.

"But then again, there's so much chaos here that no one will see me stealing quintessence..."

What does Fala do?

1. Kill the walruses and help the prisoners floor by floor. Gotta save everyone.
2. There's no time. Hunt down and kill the Mi-go prisoners! Don't let them escape! Don't let them take the brains of other prisoners!
3. Go straight to Est and interrogate her! Find out who she really is!
4. It's a quintessence buffet! Drain walruses! Drain prisoners who seem like unsavory types! Like those lizards.

We've got to play the long game here, we can't pass up a chance to find a way to actually effectively kill Mi-go

As for Fala, what kind of Magical Girl would let such evil creatures roam free?
You may have heard these words before, but now I'll teach you what they really mean!

BC and 4 than 3.

Worst case scenario the Mi-go are up to something awful and Engame is forced to use the existing fungicide.

Fala should leave anyone who can’t drain quintessence behind so they don’t get hurt. It’s still too early in this jailbreak to have her f*** up.

B and D, 1 and 3.

I finally read form the beginning instead of just chapter 14. It consumed my time.
I'm waiting for a sequel to FF8 where Squall can ditch Rinoa.

C3. Waiting for the enemy to make the first move has never proven to do anything but waste time until we have to make a move ourselves, and I think we should avoid wasting time on fala's end.

So Endy, a question. You've made it clear that your rough sketch for the bad ending is Endgame, Indigo, Several, and Owain escaping to Nohrshido and Endy becoming Elise's retainer. However, is the good ending the scenario you presented where Endy looses his memory and wakes up as Corrin?

Because if so, I'm aiming for the bad ending.
