Does it really matter?
If you pronounce it as it should be: Theatre Rhythm.
Or Theet-ryhythm. Both sound almost identical when put into a sentence.
It's quite clear that it's supposed to be pronounced Theatre Rhythm, they miss the e off to make it all one word to perhaps make it look smarter. If it were to be pronounced Theet-rhythm, why even bother making the first word be spelled theat, rather than theet? And coupled with the fact when theat and rhythm are placed together, it looks like Theatre Rhythm
