Or maybe Sony Europe is now cultivating a new children image for the PSP, like they did with the PS2 around the time the PS3 came onto the market.

We have the new PSP E-1000 completing it's launch in November and it's being accompanied by a large array of children's games like Cars 2, Invizimals: Lost Tribe, Eyepet Adventures and Geronimo Stilton.

The PSP has enjoyed an extremely long life cycle, it came out in Japan back in 2004 and in 2011 we still have new games for it. The original Xbox and Gamecube were only on the market for 4 or 5 years before support became nil.
I shoot first, drink brandy later.
