Step 2: Click Random Page
Step 3: If it's a character, make a Smash moveset for it. If it's a location or a character in brawl, click the first new character that shows up. If there is none, click Random Page again.
Step 4: Post results!

MINE:

Clawgrip (Super Mario Bros. 2)

Neutral: Boulder Smash- Hold B to charge a boulder being thrown. The farther it is thrown, the less damage and accuracy it has. Damage: 20%-5%

Forward Smash: Pinch- Clawgrip pinches his claws in the given direction. This can reflect projectiles. Damage: 5-10%

Up Smash: Water Spout- A spout of water appears under Clawgrip from the ground below Clawgrip. It is launched very high and does not become immoblized. If this move is used over an area with no land below the spout, it fails and Clawgrip becomes immobilized. The spout deals 3% ps to opponents.

Down Smash: "Claw"stand- Clawgrip gets on his claws, he moves 3x faster while doing this, but damage is multiplied by 1.5x. He can be easily knocked down. If Clawgrip does this while in the air, he performs a deep, downward spin dealing 15% to anyone below, while also putting them in the ground. 5% is given to Clawgrip after doing the deep, downward spin.

Final Smash: Crabtastic- Clawgrip gets an unlimited supply of boiling butter to throw at opponents, dealing 15% per second. Once the butter is thrown on somebody, it lasts for 5 seconds or more. If the butter lands on the ground, it will continuously boil for 5 seconds. This effect lasts 20 seconds. Better run!

Satoru Iwata

Neutral B: Lower Salary.

Satoru yells straight out in front of him.
Iwata lowers the salary of anyone he hits with this chargeable attack. As a result, they get depressed and their percentage goes up while they themselves are weakened(the longer the charge, the longer the weakening last and the higher the damage). Do note that it can misfire, with Iwata instead lowering his own salary and taking damage. There's a 3% chance of Misfire, and Misfire is not affected by how far into the charge you are. You can carry this charge around.
Damage: From 8%-28%- Same for misfire.

Forward B: Franchise Marketing

Iwata points forward, sending an assist trophy out to gather attention and increase sales for it's franchise. usually, this Assist trophy will be one of the weaker ones, but he can occasionally get the more powerful ones. May at times throw a pokeball instead. Damage: Varies.

Up B: Moneymaker

Iwata uses one of his brilliant economical schemes, and the money comes flowing in. He is sent in a direction of your choosing propelled by the power of money. If he hits anyone, they take good bit of knockback.
Damage: 16%

Down B: Presidential Presence

Similar to Marth counter, Iwata stops an incoming attack cold. However, instead of striking the foe his presence is so great their attacks stop by themselves, and they find themselves pressed into the ground. Works as a pitfall does, which makes it a deadly recovery stopper/spike.
Damage: Same as Pitfall.

Final Smash: Iwata goes Bananas!

Iwata stands still for a while, the plucks out some bananas, staring intently at them. Then he throws them, and they fill the entire battlefield. He can't trip on them, either. They stay for quite a while, allowing himm to really rake up damage.

Carpenters from OoT:

B: One of the carpenters throws his hammer straight across the screen. Fast, low damage, no stun, and spammable.

Side B: The carpenters' boss runs straight forward with his 4 employees right behind him, almost as if the boss was creating an after-image.

Down B: The carpenters' boss crosses his arms and rears his head while his employees run in circles around him. Any projectile that hits the carpenters is deflected. Anybody who touches the carpenters takes moderate damage and knockback.

Up B: The carpenters light themselves on fire and fly in the direction you hold the control stick. High damage and knockback.

Final Smash: The carpenters get off their lazy asses and build a Trojan Horse. The horse can push people off the stage or shoot lasers at people. The horse will break down after a few seconds of controlling iit.

Daphne (Kid Icarus)

B: Spins around (Like Meta Knight's B)
Side B: Spits an explosive seed missile
Up B: Floats upwards
Down B: Spits two explosive seeds to its sides

Final Smash: Goes offscreen, then a huge wave of Daphnes rise up from the bottom of the screen, hitting everybody.

Oh wait, Smash moveset?

Side Smash: Headbutt (Think Yoshi)
Up Smash: Upward Headbutt (Also think Yoshi)
Down Smash: Spins around (Think Wario)

Main character confirmed.

Ooooh I got Young Link... This should be fun!

Neutral B - Bomb Mask
Young Link spawns the bomb mask for a quick explosion, also damaging himself.

Side B - Deku Stick
Young Link spawns a Deku Stick and quickly smacks his foes.

Up B - Hook Shot
Young Link fires his Hook Shot in an attempt to recover. On the ground it has an effect like Yoshi's tongue attack, and Young Link quickly kicks his opponent to the side.

Down B - Transformation Mask
Young Link transforms into one of his three transformations from Majora's Mask. (Ability cycles through each transformation)
First: Deku Link
Second: Goron Link
Third: Zora Link

Deku Link

Neutral B - Bubble Spit (Chargeable)
Deku Link charges a bubble to spit at his foes.

Side B - Spin Attack
Deku Link charges forward spinning to hit whatever foe he touches.

Up B - Flowers!
Deku Link spawns his flowers that help him glide in Majora's Mask to help him recover.

Down B - Remove Mask
Deku Link transforms back into Young Link

Goron Link

Neutral B - Goron Punch
A strong, slow punch

Side B - Rolling Attack
Goron Link spawns spikes and rolls toward whatever direction the control stick is tilted.

Up B - Goron... Bounce?
Goron Link curls up in a ball and bounces like he does in Majora's Mask to open doors... works like King Dedede's up-b, and can be cancelled out.

Down B - Remove Mask
Goron Link transforms back into Young Link

Zora Link

Neutral B - Fin Boomerangs
Zora Link fires his Fin Boomerangs.

Side B - Force-field - Aura Thing...
Zora Link activates his Aura thing that he uses while swimming in Majora's Mask and lunges forward in a quick burst.

Up B - Dive
Zora Link makes a dive attempt to help himself recover.

Down B - Remove Mask
Zora Link transforms back into Young Link

Final Smash - Young Link (In whatever form he is currently in) spawns the Fierce Deity mask, and puts it on granting him increased speed and power for a short time. Swinging his sword generates a disc of energy, and his B moves are powered up.

Neutral B - Fierce Deity now just stabs the ground with his sword and causes an explosion, still damaging himself, but not as much.

Side B - Instead of just hitting with the Deku Stick, Fierce Deity does a jump slash and launches an energy disc in the direction he's facing.

Up B - Fierce Deity's Hookshot is now a Longshot, meant mainly for recovering if one jumps off the ledge with Fierce Deity, does a little more damage.

Down B - Spin Attack
Much like Link's spin attack, but it is not used as a recovery, has longer range (Due to the 2-handed sword), and fires energy discs to the left and right of the character.

Hey... he's a final smash, he's supposed to be kinda cheap lol...

I think I did alright... let the criticism fly!!!

I wanna do another one :P

Tessie (EarthBound)

Neutral: Water Shot- Tessie shots a spurt of water. This attack pushes enemies away. If used without full power it has a short distance but provides an okay knockback. If used when it's at full power (Tessie's eyes will flash) it has across-the-screen-range and does VERY great knockback.

Forward: Flipper Smack- Tessie slaps her flipper in the indicated direction. Damage: 5-10%

Up: Flipper Flight- Tessie flaps her flippers for 2 seconds. If on the ground, the flippers deal 3% per hit. If in the air, Tessie flys upward a good amount, doing 2 flaps. Tessie is immoblilzed after flying.

Down: Dive- Tessie performs a strong dive. If used on the ground, Tessie slides across the ground in either the left or right direction, depending on the direction you press afterward. Damage: 7% + good knockback. However, if in the air, Tessie does a deep nose dive and deals 10% to any opponents below. Tessie becomes slightly stunned after hitting the ground though. If Tessie hits an opponent directly, the may be smashed into the ground (pitfall). Damage: 10% + possible smash

Final Smash: Bubble Monkey Summon- Tessie performs a short song and calls Bubble Monkey. Bubble Monkey LOVES bubblegum. He then runs around the stage spitting gum at opponents. The gum deals 50%+extreme knockback + slight stun. He has 5 pieces of gum, and can be wasted if missed. This lasts for 10 seconds.

Of course, I get a character who has like, 5 lines in the entire game. xD Arfur, a random npc from PM: TTYD.
WELL THEN.

Neutral B: Scams a nearby foe and gives about 5% of his percentage to them. If in Coin mode, takes 50 coins.

Side B: Throws Swindell, who then bonks a foe. 14%. Takes 45 coins if in coin mode.

Down B: Pulls out a small shop counter, dispersing a random item.

Up B: Err, he jumps?

Final Smash: Swindell comes in and he and Swindell rob everyone on the screen, taking all coins from everyone and dealing massive damage.
