These are the released titles that have not been localized:

Retail:

Big Drum Master: Wii U Version (Rhythm game)
Yakuza 1 & 2 HD Collection (action RPG. PS2 HD port)
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 12 with Power-Up Kit (Historical strategy)
Dragon Quest X (MMO)
Monster Hunter Frontier G (MMO)

WiiUWare only:

ARC Style: Baseball!! SP (Super Deformed Arcade Baseball)
Gaiabreaker (scrolling shooter)
The Beautiful Mystery of Sin (2D Visual novel Psycho Suspense Adventure)

Everything else that is Japanese third party has been localized:

TECMOKOEI:
Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultmate

CAPCOM:
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Resident Evil: Revelations

SEGA:
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed
Sonic Lost World

NAMCOBANDAI:
Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition

P* (PLATINUM GAMES)
The Wonderful 101

That's it. That's the entire Wii U third party Japanese game library.

Now compare all that to the 3DS library....

This could be seen as a good thing (don't have to feel bad about not getting titles die to region lock), or a bad thing (even Japanese 3rd party developers who have no qualms making titles for the Nintendo 3DS, or the NDS and Wii before it, are steering clear of the Wii U like the plague)

"Big Drum Master" lol. Taiko no Tatsujin.

Calling it that way is like wanting to call Haiku "poem". Taiko and "Big Drum" are different things.
What a horrible night to have a grock raid.
Got Dillon's Rolling Western? Help make the game's board more active!

Semantics. Taiko are a broad range of Japanese percussion instruments. Within Japan, the term refers to any kind of drum. It's a drum. and its big. Next.

Anyways, just putting things in perspective here. Now that that's out of the way, your thoughts on the list please.

I want the Yakuza collection and Romance. Hell, I haven't played a new Romance in so long I might have gotten a Wii U for it to play that while I waited for X, had it come out here (and it won't). I could go for an SRPG on the Wii U.

I would like to see Taiko no Tatsujin come to the west. It looks just like Donkey Konga 1-3 which I loved back then. Maybe Nintendo doing their "hand IP's to other developers" will get us Taiko no Tatsujin with a Donkey Konga skin (Donkey Konga 4 U anybody?) so it can be more suited for the US/EU.

Could've just admitted your mistake instead of arguing about nothing.

Dragon Quest X (MMO)
Monster Hunter Frontier G (MMO)
Taiko Drum Master: Wii U Version (Rhythm game)

These are the only 3 I care about, TDM is the only one that has even a small chance of ever happening.

Wasn't a mistake

That's three out of eight.

But it doesn't really matter as what you want and what probability of them being localized is not the point anyway.

The point is this, these eight non localized games, including the nine localized games, is a very a ridiculously small amount of third party games for a big name home console.....

RoTK12 w/PUK would be a must buy for me. I'd buy a U just for it. Too bad KOEI has never released a PUK in english before. :(

Would probably pick up Yakuza 1&2 HD as well.
