Nintendo really screwed the pooch with the pro controller not having a headset jack. Also there is no way to get USB headsets to work.

What I'm wondering is if there is the potential for bluetooth support. At least that way we wouldn't have to be caught in a spider web of Nintendo cables with gamepads charging and headsets going to unused controllers. We'd just need a bluetooth mic to chat and have our pro controller in our hands.

I feel like even discussing this is more 2004 than 2014 but progress is slow lately.

My guess is no, Nintendo has a hard enough time grasping the concept of online gaming and now you want to chat to!?!? Madness!

Yes. I went mad when I first got my Wii U because I couldn't hook up my bluetooth. I contacted N and they said the Wii U supports bluetooth. And Treyarch said it does, but for some reason N has kept it unavailable to developers.
