I'll have 300$+ within 2-3 weeks. Should I save for a Switch or focus on the PS Vita? I still need a couple of games that are missing their sequels. Bullet Girls 2, Trials of Cold Steel 2, Omega Labyrinth Z. And still need some LRG releases.

The Switch isn't going anywhere but the Vita is. It's getting harder and harder to find physical games for it so it's now or never to buy games, more or less. The Switch on the other hand has a future ahead of it and will almost certainly get upgraded hardware announced within the next couple of years.

If you actually want those Vita games then focus on the Vita for now. Personally I think you can find higher quality software for the Switch at this point but I'm a normie. But, even if the Switch has better games, like I said: they're not going anywhere.

Buy a Switch, it's not gonna get a price drop anytime soon and those games you mentioned are gonna get cheaper eventually

No reason to hold off, Switch Mario, Zelda, Splatoon, some dudebro rpgs, Xenoblade, Octopath, and soon Smash, Pokemon, Metroid, and some good MP games like Mario Kart

I mean, there's not reason to wait

Buy a Switch for hacks, since there's a new hardware revision coming out soon. Then buy an SD2Vita for a few cents and wait for Vita hacks in July.

Although, considering the responses here, you might be better off focusing on physical Vita games, since any games released after the Switch launched will be a pain to find in the future.

Ok if I choose Switch, I got a few questions.

How good are the joycons/joysticks?
Do the Joycons/joystick wear out?
Does the Switch need a screen protector?

Also only a few games atm interest me. SK, Super Smash Bros, Fire Emblem Warriors.

Is Azure Striker Gunvolt for Switch?

if you're the type who plays mainly docked or you're careful with pulling it out, I wouldn't bother. Only people who scratch it are those who just pull it out of the dock carelesssly
