Honestly, the Vita introduced me to a ton of franchise i never knew existed or paid attention to before...

Franchises like:

Atelier, Neptunia, Trails, Persona, Tales of, Danganronpa, Otome VN (yeah i know this one is probably gunna shock people)....

I voted for probably what was my favorite overall Vita experience, and that is Danganronpa.....

It exposed me to Visual Novels, which are now one of my top 3 favorite genre's, and it will always hold a special place in my heart.

2nd place is a tough choice between Persona and Trails...
Currently Playing: Bravely Default (3DS),CollarXMalice(Vita), Star Ocean 4 remaster (PS4)

Looking back, the Vita will be remembered as a Nep machine because that is what sparked the Vita renaissance.

However, for me Utawarerumono had the biggest impact.

I feel like that's only here where the thing is thought of that way, and it's mostly just due to the certain users.

I'm surprised that out of 14 votes only 1 flew into "Other".

Despite unforgattable games like Surge Concerto and Zero Escape, I thought it'd be dominating together with Nep

IF/CH started dumping games on Vita like mad, which seemed to spark a lot of other companies to follow suit, at least with regards to localization. I don't think we'd be seeing all the Steam ports we get now if RB 1 hadn't sold as well as it did. IFI deserves a fair amount of credit for the 2014-2015 Vita revival in NA. Altus, NISA, and KT have done a lot too, but timing-wise it seems like IF was the first to really capitalize on Sony abandoning the Vita.

Debatable, of course.

I don't think they are that influential.
