  3. Update 3.10 Troubles

My Vita can no longer recognize my 32GB card (well, more like it crashes and won't go through boot and just keeps flashing at the PS symbol at startup). It can recognize my 16GB and my 8GB card fine though and goes through boot normally.

Where would I go to get this problem resolved?

Sorry to hear that. :(

Might want to contact Sony support. Hope it's not a problem for everyone.

no problems with my 64, although it seems very slow when click the card button and its reading the numbers for you

Support was no help they basically said go buy another 32. Guess I just use my 16gb until I can get a 64.

its a possibility of bad timing with the card going bad at the same time as the update

highly unlikely but still possible

Sony support said that?

Lol, you should get a 32 for the 3DS and stay away from Sony.

Have you tried booting into safe mode are rebuilding the database, or formatting it?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the update bricked my system. It's now powering on and displaying the PS logo before shutting off on a full charge. I've tried hard resetting and soft resetting and nothing is working.

I can use the vita it's just when I put my 32 in it just crashes back to the PS symbol and loops so I can't rebuild or format the card.
