O&S gave me ****ing nightmares on my first character. The first time I managed to kill Ornstein, I switched to my bow and kited Smough for the rest of the fight because I was so afraid to try to melee him, wanted them dead so badly!
Dr. Melfi - 'When was the last time you had a prostate exam?'
Tony Soprano - 'Hey, I don't even let anyone wag their finger in my FACE.'

I think Ornstein and Smough is one of several times that I literally cried during this game.

And then the second time through that I killed Smough first to get Ornstein's Armor...Never taking that off again with how much trouble I went through to get it.

I would say yes, which super version of the two did you defeat?

I beat Ornstein and got his soul. Used the help of Solaire plus a player phantom. Forgot their name...

I think I only beat super Ornstein twice in over 20 playthroughs, super Smough is far less intimidating. You can now buy his armor from Domhnal (including other boss armors)

Is that the big giant smith in Anor Londo? I didn't catch his name when I last encountered him.

No Domhnal is the trader you encountered in the Depths, sitting near the door to Blighttown. He should have relocated now to the aqueduct in firelink shrine (you have to jump the gap behind the "burg hollow")
Unfortunately boss armors cannot be reinforced, but some are still okish

Four Kings are tough... And there are no player summons I can use right now XD
