@Slypher you seem to have sleep problem. I do have too. I sleep 6h-7h a night one time per week and I'm very tired but most of the time it's between 3 and 5h per night. For me, its very important to have a very strict sleep schedule. You seem to go to sleep late, you should try to go to sleep early, if you can fall asleep, it's usually a deeper and more recuperating sleep. Do you do any exercises or physical activities ?
Good advice. Fortunately my sleeping issues have improved, especially since, when I started this topic, I was dealing with insomnia. I mostly use this topic to keep track of days where I do have bad sleep.
