Ya know, if a group of Biblical archaeologists or other scholars of the ancient world got together and made a Bible game, I know it could be good. Maybe some kind of strategy game... The first half could deal primarily with moving your Jews from one place to another without getting them killed. The second half could be all about trying to convert as many Romans to Christianity as possible to eventually topple the Empire. There's a lot of interesting, untapped history to work with.

Of course, Classics scholars don't get to make Bible games, crazy fundamentalists do. It doesn't help that the closest thing we've seen to a religious game in recent years has been based on the "Left Behind" novels.
