- Chronos Lait (you know, NOT Ax Battler, except totally is) has the only running jump attack that can change directions after input, making him much better at using his arial combat to do crowd control.

- The B+C circular attack is the best tool for fighting bosses, as when you're facing away from them, they will always walk right into your attack range from behind. The only enemy this doesn't seem to work with are the barbarians (giants wielding hammers) as their range is large enough to hit you outside of the swing. However, with every other boss, it is possible to not take a single hit by forcing them into the corner, face the other way, and just circular attack away as soon as they walk into your range.

- knights will block just about anything you throw at them if you come at them head on. But if you jump over their heads at the right angle, they will go for an attack instead, which means you can use jump attacks to take them down. The barbarians also have this quirk, but their hammer hit box will hit higher so you can get knocked out of the sky with it.

- Sarah apparently has one of the best standing combos with a slash -> foward + b + c attack. If this connects, this can take care of most earlier enemies in one string. This also works with Jaguar and the Caveman, as both of their windup attacks have a tiny number of invincibility frames, but Sarah's the only one that can reliably combo every single time.

- for some reason, nobody ever blocks the jaguar's leap attack. Not sure why.
