I collect new sealed boxes of Chrono Trigger with stickers from various game stores. Here is one from a store called Electronics Boutique. This store used to be in the Los Angeles area in the 90's in Topanga Canyon Mall. Note sticker price of $69.99. Does anyone have a new sealed box with a price sticker other than $69.99?

I'm guessing that was a "clearance" copy marked down to 69.99. The game was 79.99 - 89.99 for most people, and I bought mine at EB too as well as FFVI on launch day (FFVI was 79.99). I paid 84.99 for CT at EB.

Maybe I am wrong and EB just screwed over Ohio then? Found this topic in the other thread, shows people were selling for 69.99 too which was same price as Secret of Mana 2 years earlier.

I also collect Japanese magazines and guides of the game. Just after the game was released in Japan I went to a Japanese bookstore in L.A. and bought every magazine and guide for the game I could find. I bought those 25 years ago and I have kept a lot of them sealed in plastic.

nice

as for the topic at hand the only collectible I have is the official game guide in pretty poor shape (the front cover and first few pages are torn off). I also have a Chrono Cross clock that came with preorders or something (I bought it on eBay).

I bought a set of magnets of the party character sprites for my sister as a birthday gift that some enthusiast sells on eBay. She also loves the game despite being much younger than me.
