Are you sure?I thought the Ps2 version of the game is still in production at least a few years ago,and the Game cube version is very hard to get now-a-days unless your have some way of getting it online.

Actually, someone on another BG&E board has refreshed my memory and it's the Xbox version that is superior. I got this game a tad mixed up with Sonic Heroes, which is best on Gamecube.

Be careful purchasing the PS2 version. I have a slim PS2 and the game would not play properly on it. Certain sound effects would get "stuck" and start repeating for minutes on end. After a few attempts I ended up shelling out for the GC version.

playing PS2 version on a PS2. its working fine.
