None that I've been able to find myself yet, anyway.

Rainbow 6 Vegas is OK, but still falls well short of the variety offered with the Brute Force system.

Mass Effect was a huge let down in this regard.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway ; crappy

Anything else I should try?

Why the hell hasn't any new shooter topped this old system yet? All it needs is a few more attack/ formation options and a holographic type preview of where exactly your teammate(s) will end up when you pick a spot for them to move to (ala Star Wars Republic Commando) and then give us the option to set them to climb onto top of stuff, crouch or prone - then a few other minor additions/ tweaks... and it would be amazing for any new game that incorporated team control mechanics.
