  3. Fatal crash error #134.

So I was in ICC then I got disconnected.

I tried to relaunch the game but any character that I try to log into I crash on the loading screen with the error in the topic title.

I never had any serious fatal crashes before and this seems extremely random to just start happening all of the sudden.

Am I alone here?

Anyone else having issues?

Hey all,

We're investigating the cause of these reports. We'll update this thread once we have more information.

In the mean time, some are reporting success with deleting the WoW Cache and report back if it helps please:
Open Battle.net App and click on Options
Select "Show in explorer" and open the WoW folder
Highlight the Cache folder and delete it
Try logging in

Here is a response from one of my tickets.

Hello there!

We've recently seen that World of Warcraft has started crashing with a critical error for several players, and the issue seems to coming from the user interface. To give you some insight, there are a lot of things that can go wrong with the user interface and usually it is an addon or a corrupt file that is causing some conflict. Regardless of the specific cause, we've seen that resetting the user interface should solve these crashes.

To reset the UI, close the game or error message and be sure that you uninstall any addon managers first such as Curse Client. Addon managers prevent the UI reset from being completed because it will revert any changes made to the user interface folders.. With the addon manager disabled or uninstalled, follow these steps:

%u2022 Open Battle.net App and click on Options
%u2022 Select "Show in explorer" and open the World of Warcraft folder
%u2022 Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to Cacheold, Interfaceold, and WTFold
%u2022 Start up WoW and try again

For a complete walk through on how to reset the user interface head to: http://us.battle.net/support/article/300544

Once the user interface has been reset, repair the World of Warcraft game files. Here is how: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/6572

Hopefully you're all set, and if anything else comes up feel free to contact us back. =)

I just deleted the entire cache folder and that worked for me...didn't have to rename anything.
