Tips
Okie dokie, your first esper fight! It is indeed trial by fire, and fire you
shall have - plenty of it, in fact. Esper commands fire element, and as such
you should avoid using it, but you are perfectly welcome to blast Belias with
Water spell. Checking status affinities we see that you can only put Slow and
Sap on it - better something than nothing; Belias also doesn't combo and is
quite slow in getting attacks off. Shell should be your primary means of
defense, followed by Protect and that is it. Take care to renew your protective
buffs when they wear off.
Belias will alternate between swiping at you and slinging Fire every now and
then until you reduce its HP far enough for it to use Saber. At this point its
physical damage output doubles, at the expense of Belias taking as much damage
as it dishes - effect will eventually wear off. Once esper loses half HP, it
will greet you with a healthy dose of Firaja, followed by Greater Barrier (I
hate this move) for the known combo of Protect, Shell and Damage Resist. If
anyone gets affected by Oil from Firaja, use Handkerchiefs immediately! Don't
let your chrs succumb to something as crappy as Fire spell.
Also from losing-half-HP point onward boss turns into formiddable opponent, as
its attacks become stronger. Whoever your tank is, having that chr equipped
with shield is useless, as Belias now ignores EVA and will always hit you, so
put a stronger weapon into chr's hands.
Once Belias' HP dwindles into critical range, it can now cast magic instantly,
and you don't really want to see another Firaja (unless you're with Shell all
the way to the highway). It is only a matter of few well placed attacks at this
point until Belias bites the bullet. Here, have some cheese with that.

Tips
Before you come to battle, check to see that you have "Foe: undead" gambit, as it will be of vital importance. Also needed will be some ranged weapons cos Adra is a flying foe. Additional preps are done in form of casting Protect, Shell, Bubble and Faith on your chrs. Having Power Armlet (drop from Wary Wolf) will prevent Stop status from Thundaja.
Adra can be meddled with by putting Slow and Blind on it. In addition to head honcho you will need to take care of Shambling Corpse foes that will keep periodically appearing to offer support to Adra. Unfortunately Corpse is immune to getting KOed with Phoenix Down, and we'll take care of it with combination of Niho and Chronos Tear (you can buy them at [Mosphoran Highwaste / Babbling Vale].
When battle begins, arrange two chrs' gambits to attack undead foes as they appear and use third chr to attack Adra itself. You can take care of sidekicks by casting Disable on them, or equipping Niho and tossing Chronos Tear to inflict Stop. While Corpses can't do anything, smite them down and when they're gone, have all chrs join forces against Adra. If you so desire, you can use Niho in combination with Ethers to drain its MP but it'll eventually gain enough MP back to shoot occassional Thundara your way. Adra also can't ignore EVA, so a good shield will go a long way.
During first half of battle Adra will be taking as much damage as it dishes, in addition to pelting you with Bleed and Thundara (keeping chrs apart is a good idea to minimize the damage). Cura will prove more than enough to take care of your healing needs. After losing 20% HP Adra begins using Flash Arc, a more powerful version of thunder spell - it only hits one chr, though. Not much will be changing until you enter second half of the battle.
First you'll be greeted with Thundaja which has a chance to inflict Stop (make sure you're under Shell to halve that chance), and then Adra shields itself with Perfect Defense (it'll wear off as soon as next Flash Arc is used). While the boss is impervious to damage, heal yourself or recover MP or reapply buffs. Once Perfect Defense is history, you'll be treated to Thundara spamathon mixed with Flash Arc and Thundaja - keeping Shell on is of utmost importance.
Take care to have Adra under Slow, destroy Corpse foes as they pop up or just have them under Stop check and heal often from constant thunder barrages. Soon enough Adra kicks the bucket and you gain another ally.

Tips
Next esper challenge awaits you! Zalera has a lot of moves, but only one of them deals any damage - boss mainly relies on status meddling, Dead Bones allies and instant KO.
First of all, come into the battle with level numbers that are divisible by 1, 2 or itself - as such equip Nishijin Belt and most status worries are off your back (you'll only need to remove Stop with Remedy).
Let's take a look at what you can toss at boss status-wise - Slow and Blind are your only status allies. Kill Dead Bones with Curagas or just usual physicals, and you can also consider putting Disable on them.
Status buffs worth a consideration are Shell (most important one as it will halve the chances for all status spells to succeed, including Kill and Death) and Protect, other ones not much so since you're facing a time limit of 5 minutes and lots of potential Koes. In case you get put under Confuse, equip a wimpy weapon until status is removed.
Zalera's first move is engaging defensive mode, where it gains a boost to DEF and MDEF - as a result of this some Dead Bones will spawn as well. For as long as Bones are around, Zalera won't attack you, so use this chance to defeat Bones with ease. Be careful of Bones' Hawk Glare putting you on Disable while you're disposing of them, and in case you cast any magic spell with Bones around, they put up Reflectga. After you dispatch four Dead Bones, Zalera switches to non-defensive mode and uses Enrage. Defensive mode can be disengaged earlier if your attacks are strong enough to damage Zalera (the best option is chucking Curaga, but boss' Reflect must wear off or be removed first).
You'll now face an assortment of Kill, followed by few rounds of Stop, Sleepga or Death. Afterwards boss switches to attack pattern of casting lv-specific spells, ending the chain with Prime Lv. Death. If you've come in battle with levels I suggested, you'll avoid all problems, otherwise equip necessary acc to block the effects. If Zalera was affected with Slow or Blind, it'll continue the chain with Purify.
Now comes the part where Zalera enters defensive mode again, calling out Dead Bones for help... honestly, not much changes until boss hits critical HP levels. At this point attack pattern is not followed anymore and you're blasted with Prime Lv. Death (next one incoming after each next 14 commands). Zalera can use most of its attacks now, though you have nothing to worry about since you're protected. Kick its undead ass and claim next esper; by the way - since you can run away from this battle, you should snatch the opportunity and try to steal few High Arcanas. After your victory be aware of any remaining Corpse foes as they don't disappear when Adra's defeated.
