I really want to get this game since I enjoyed p3 and p5 a lot, but I'm not a pc gamer so I don't really know how to gauge pc specs or determine what specs can run which games. Plus I only own a laptop so I can't really upgrade any parts. Now I know p4g doesn't exactly have cutting edge graphics, but I just wanted to make sure.

The recommended system requirements on steam are:
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-650 | AMD Phenom X4 940
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 | AMD Radeon HD 6870
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 14 GB available space

And my laptop's specs are:
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-8250U
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 620

Will my laptop be able to run it well? If at all?

I run P4G on a 3rd gen i7 with windows 7. Only thing that's overspec in my PC is the 1060 graphic card I have.

Well, the recommended is the equivalent of a Vega 8-11 APU...maybe at 30 FPS?
Ryzen 5 2600, Red Dragon RX 5700 XT, 2x8 GB RAM 3200 Mhz, Thermaltake 850w Gold RGB, Adata 240 & 960 GB SSD, Riotoro CR 480, ASUS B450 Prime A

I have beast PC and ThinkPad laptop with i5-6300u and Intel HD 520.
On that ThinkPad the game runs with 30-40fps maxed (except shadows) in 1080p.
I'd say it's pretty bad performance for Vita game.
Dubbing should be permabanned.

I've got an i5-3570k, 24gb of ram, and an AMD Radeon HD 7800 series and can run it at 60fps with the upscaling not quite at max.

worst case scenario, you can probably run it at a good fps with lower ends of upscaling, shadows disabled, and so on.

Yes, but the anime scenes will probably stutter and mess up
