Sounds like a very particular group of "men" who would be pushed into crime over something like this.

But I'm sure the succession of old guys who have played the part over the years did wonders to keep the crime rate down.

What nascent criminal wouldn't forgo a life of crime in order to be more like John Pertwee and Peter Capaldi?

What? I mean the new seasons of Dr. who are not that good but the very nature of the character makes it one of the easiest to turn into a women.
