That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard, and won't turn out well for anyone. Teachers will have to have lessons for all levels on all subjects at all times, which isnt realistic. The smart kids won't receive the instruction they need, and will most likely end up just learning at the same glacial pace as the 90 IQ kids.
